AGRICULTURAL PD RIGHTS - FIND OUT MORE

PD rights for agricultural buildings requires the existing structure and foundations to be suitable for conversion.  Many of the storage buildings from the last 30-40 years no longer have a viable agricultural use, but are structurally suitable for conversion if the correct build system is used.

MBLOC is a proprietory lightweight metal frame building system, developed in East Anglia, and uniquely suited for the conversion of metal, concrete or timber frame barns.  The adaptable modular system has very low loading, and can be constructed quickly and easily using the existing frame and floor slab of the barn.  MBLOC has a low environmental impact, achieves a high energy efficiency rating and is fully approved by warranty providers.  The use of the MBLOC system for agricultural building conversions is exclusive to Greentithe Barns.
